Need to change your appointment?
Please give MORE than 48 hours notice to reschedule, cancel or make any changes to your appointment.
Less than 48 hours - 50% of scheduled service
Same day up to 2 hours - 75% of schedule service
Less than 2 hours/no call no show - 100% of scheduled service
Running Late?
Kindly let us know as soon as you know. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or modified service. Regular charges apply.
Have Kids?
In order to maintain a peaceful environment, please leave children and additional guests at home. They will not be permitted in the spa.
Excellent Service?
If you have received excellent service and wish to leave gratuity, you may do so at your discretion. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.
